Living with lots of light and a friendly, peaceful ambiance. Three large windows open out to a view of the sea and promenade. The terrace expands the living space as needed. A Far Eastern serenity and almost meditative calm floods the SIAM Suite, partly due to the Asian art objects and of course the unique climate of Helgoland. SIAM – the ground floor suite. Amenities: All floors are covered with black natural stone. Two bedrooms:
1 x double bed (king size bed), 2 x single beds (twin bed), iPod / iPhone connectors. Open living area: couch-chair combination, flat screen, SAT-TV/radio, USM Haller sideboards. Kitchenette with granite countertop, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for 8 people, Nespresso coffee machine. Free broadband Wi-Fi connection. Washer and dryer located in the basement.

Rates include: electricity / water / heating, bed linen and towels, final cleaning and broadband WiFi. A free interim cleaning and linen change is available for longer stays (more than 7 days). The building’s washer and dryer can be used for a fee. Visitor’s tax is to be paid cash on arrival against delivery of the tourist card by the administrator. All suites are non-smoking. Animals are not allowed.
